Hello,

Whispering Oaks Glass Art Studio is named after the location of our art shop nestled in a grove of beautiful oak trees.  One of our good friends said that she loved when the wind blew through the oak trees, sitting on our back porch, and she said ” I call this place, Whispering Oaks.”

Barb has been doing glass for a number of years and fell in love with fuzed glass around 2003.  In the past couple of years, Jim has been developing his metalworking skills and is making stands, frames, and garden pieces for Barb that incorporate both glass and metal.
